FRAMING MY ARTWORKS......
This is the first time I have had any artwork framed. It totally changes how they look to me and I do like how they look! As soon as they are all framed, I will prepare a CD of them along with the folk art wall dolls to present to Campbell Pottery. I am hoping to secure a show in their Stonehouse Gallery. We shall see! "Pods" 16 X 26
"Deux Poires" 18 X 24

That certainly does set them off. Did you send them out for framing or has Roy taken up a new skill area?
Oh, I found a small frame shop in Conneaut Lake that was recommended as doing beautiful work. And they do! By the way, what are you doing on the keyboard at 4am?
Really really beautiful Jude!!! The first one is my all time favorite! They all look stunning though! Now who wouldn't want to purchase one of those? Bravo Jude...Bravo!
Hugs,
Joan :)
Oh Joan! Thanks! That first one is a mystery to me still. I had NO plan when I started moving paint around, and flowers are not my comfort level so the finished product was a total surprise to me! The framing lady also picked that as her favorite! I must have been in the zone on that one!
They are even more spectacular framed ! Do you see yourself differently now ? LOVE .. LOVE ... LOVE your work !
Kath,
Actually, if I line them up on the floor along the wall and squint my eyes, I can see them hanging in a gallery! And I am proud of them! I want to make more, right now......
