The contract has been agreed upon and signed. The inspections are underway. All banks, attorneys and accountants seem satisfied. We the buyers are chomping at the bit. Closing is on the calendar for August 21, 2009. (an entire, very long month away). So I will take a chance and post a photograph of our new home! Cross all appendages that nothing will go wrong before closing. When we finally get key in hand, I will post more photographs of the interior. We love it! Six and a half beautiful tall-treed acres!

Does it snow a lot? What a contrast to NM! It certainly is lovely...no doubt you have deer...Such a wonderful adventure. Waiting is always tough! cheers D

Oh sadly, no pizza delivery here! But, since we have not had that for the past 10 years, no great disappointment! The view from that upper porch is a great tradeoff!

What about UPS deliveries? Bound to be better than they were here. Surely the deer will come when they learn what a soft touch for handouts you are - hope so because I know you are missing your NM critters
Oh Jude - I've been eagerly waiting for this post! That is so very wonderful! What a find! I hope, I hope, I hope it will be Roy and yours - home sweet home! And how sweet it is! Hey Jude...Mike just asked me where in PA are you? Mike has relatives in Meyersville, Berlin, Shanksville. I have a friend in Shippensburg.
He thinks the house is terrific and wondered if the garage to the left goes with it? :)

The oversized garage most certainly DOES go with the house! Roy is loving that. The home is located in/outside of Cambridge Springs.
Vanessa, I have seen multiple UPS trucks and the drivers are actually smiling. No doubt we will have delivery. After all, we now live on a PAVED road! (with a mailbox and trash pickup even!). Ahhhh..what bliss.....
